Wear it.
Live your life.
No cables. No mouthpieces. No monthly clinic visits. Rezpio is the first wearable that quietly follows your breathing, coughs, and rhythm, and turns it into something you can actually understand.

Built around the person,
not the disease.
Nothing to do differently
Clip it on in the morning. Live your day. It watches so you don't have to.
Words, not numbers
Instead of raw metrics, Rezpio tells you what today looks like, 'steady', 'shifting', 'busy day for coughing'.
Your data, your call
Nothing leaves your phone unless you decide to share it with your care team.
Ask anything, anytime
SAM, your AI companion, explains what's happening in your body without medical jargon.
Three ways to wear the Clip
Chest, lapel, or belt, pick whichever fits your day. All three are fully supported; there's no "right" one. Switch whenever you like. The Clip just needs a quick one-minute calibration each time you wear it in a different position.
Clipped to the neckline of a t-shirt or under-layer, high and centred.
Good for: Best all-round pick for steady breathing rhythm and evening check-ins.
Quick setup, one time per position
The first time you wear the Clip in a new position, and any time you switch between Chest, Lapel, and Belt, the Companion app walks you through a gentle 60-second calibration. That's it. You don't have to do it again unless you move the Clip somewhere new.
- 1. Stillness10 seconds
Stand comfortably. The Clip watches how it sits still on you.
- 2. Breathing20 seconds
Breathe normally through your nose. Nothing forced.
- 3. Voice15 seconds
Read one short sentence out loud so it learns your baseline.
- 4. Ready≈ 1 minute total
Calibrated for Chest. Wear as normal, no daily setup.
Wear positions are optional, most people settle on one favourite and rarely switch. If the Clip notices it has moved to a new spot, it will gently ask if you'd like to recalibrate. It never nags.
Small windows into your own rhythm
Four gentle modules in the Companion app, each showing a different slice of your day. Tap or drag on each card for a taste of the real thing.
Your inhaler streak
A gentle streak of the days you used your inhaler.
Uses the same passive microphone that already listens for your voice, no extra step.

Your breathing ribbon
A soft ribbon that flows with the shape of your breathing today.

What today looks like outside
A simple calm / moderate / active feel for the air today, plus a 5-day outlook.
Uses public air-quality and pollen data for your location, no body sensors needed.
None of this shows clinical numbers or a diagnosis. It just shows you your own patterns over time, in plain language you already use.
Your patterns, explained like a friend would
SAM is the companion inside the Rezpio app. Ask a plain question and get a plain answer, always about your own recent rhythm, never a clinical score.
Below is an illustrative example of the in-app experience, a scripted preview, not a live chat.
