From snapshot spirometry
to a living record.
Rezpio delivers continuous, GOLD- and GINA-aligned respiratory intelligence between visits. Fewer surprises. Faster interventions. Reimbursement-ready reports built into the workflow.
Four things spirometry alone can't give you.
Alert precision, not alert fatigue
Multi-signal confidence scoring surfaces the ~5% of pattern shifts that matter, and suppresses the other 95%.
GOLD groups + GINA grades, auto-computed
Continuous data feeds directly into the frameworks you already use. No manual scoring, no missing history.
Every signal, every score, explained
Baseline confidence, detection confidence, and multi-signal contribution are visible for every recommendation, never a black box.
RPM documentation, one click
CPT 99453 / 99454 / 99457 / 99458 timers, thresholds, and evidence are captured and export-ready.
Chairside and between visits.
Rezpio ships two clinical surfaces that share the same patient record, so what you saw in the room this morning is exactly what your colleague sees this afternoon.
The in-visit cockpit.
A tablet-native app your team uses chairside: pull the patient's live respiratory record, review the last 30 days of cough activity and pattern shifts, run through GOLD or GINA in seconds, and hand-off a signed care plan before they leave the room.
- Optimized for iPad, touch-first, one-hand review
- Same data model as the portal, no re-entry
- Signed care plans + patient-facing summary
The between-visit command center.
A full desktop portal for the practice: alerts workqueue, cohort analytics, per-patient trajectory, algorithm transparency, and one-click reimbursement-ready reports. Built for pulmonologists, nurses, and practice admins working the same roster.
- Role-gated: physician, nurse, admin, billing
- GOLD/GINA auto-computed, always current
- RPM 99453 / 99454 / 99457 / 99458 export
Instrument-grade.
Physician-first.
A resident who has read
every chart in the practice.
SAM is the AI assistant embedded in Rezpio Clinic and the Clinical Portal. It speaks in clinical language, cites the exact modules and windows it referenced, and refuses to act outside its scope.
A scripted look at SAM
in the clinical register.
An illustrative example of the Rezpio Clinic and Clinical Portal experience — a scripted preview, not a live chat. Tap to advance through the exchanges. SAM answers with references to the panels and tiles it drew from, and cites an evidence category when a query touches a comorbidity signal.
In the real product, every SAM clinical interaction — prompt, response, and any copied draft — is written to the read-only audit log, reinforcing Rezpio's governance posture across Clinic and Clinical Portal.

Five views on the same passive signal set
One acoustic, accelerometer, and ambient-temperature stream feeds five distinct clinician-facing views. Each below is a stylised recreation of the real module, paired with the evidence category it draws on.
Signal weighting tuned to phenotype
At recruitment, the enrolled condition sets the internal weighting of trend modules, asthma profiles emphasise environmental correlation and diurnal variability, COPD profiles emphasise overnight pattern stability and cough burden. The clinician view surfaces both, but the ordering and default emphasis follows the condition.
Derived from the standing patient record (enrolled condition) applied as weighting across acoustic, accelerometer, and ambient-temperature streams.
These summaries mirror the honesty standard used in the Clinical Portal's Algorithm Transparency Module: applied literature is labelled as such, and Rezpio's own device-level validation is reported only where concluded.

Trigger-Response Surface
A 3D response surface showing how cough burden peaks against ambient-temperature drops at specific lags. Clinicians use it to spot patient-specific environmental triggers when planning a care review.
These are two views inside the full Clinical Portal workstation, which combines them with the alerts queue, patient roster, GOLD/GINA panels, and the Algorithm Transparency Module. This preview is a taste — the working views live in the portal.
"Patterns Worth a Look" — an optional decision-support panel
Rezpio does not diagnose any condition beyond its intended respiratory monitoring use. This panel exists solely to surface additional, evidence-linked patterns from the same passive signals Rezpio already captures, so a clinician can weigh them using their own judgement alongside everything else they know about the patient. It is fully dismissible, configurable per practice, and off by default until a practice admin enables it.
Practice admins control whether this panel is visible to their team, and individual clinicians can dismiss it per patient. Nothing in this panel is presented to patients, and none of these patterns are used to generate alerts, escalations, or automated messages.
Built the way you'd build it.
Rezpio is undergoing CE Class IIa medical device certification. Every model, alert, and export is versioned, auditable, and traceable back to the raw signal.
The RPM math already works.
Rezpio automatically tracks the 16-day supply threshold, the 20-min interactive time requirement, and generates the documentation packet, audit-safe.
